Description

This is the knife used in all Sandra’s classes.

  • Japanese Classic hand honed, stain-resistant 160mm (6.3″) stainless steel mirror finish blade.
  • Durawood handle and blade made from Molybdenum Vanadium Stainless Steel.
  • Since 1957, the Caddie series of Hokiyama has been an affordable, standard and basic knife perfect for home use. It was named after golf caddies in hopes that it would offer reliable support in the kitchen.
