What is available you ask?
Cooking and nutrition classes for your private group (for birthdays, prewedding parties, singles events, team building) are available at a time suitable to your group so please email with enquiry. Fees on application.
Classes specialize in vegan, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, egg free and we do our best to cater to those with all food intolerances. The Caulfield North kitchen can accommodate from 5 up to 10 people. We can also come to your workplace for cooking demonstrations and nutrition seminars.

Started Melbourne’s first Traditional Japanese Cooking School in 1986 as well as plant based, vegan wholefood cooking and nutrition classes.
Over the past 30 years I have taught Wholefood Nutrition and Cooking Classes at Council For Adult Education (CAE) Melbourne, Box Hill Institute Melbourne, Holmesglen Institute Melbourne, Swinburne University Melbourne, William Angliss Melbourne, and many years ago taught food as medicine and plant based cooking to medical students at Monash Medical School.
